Loan Officers & Realtors Need A Great Plan B!
Over the last couple of years a HUGE number of Loan Officers and Realtors have either lost their jobs or taken large cuts in income. The Real Estate Industry has taken a dive here in the United States. Many Loan Officers and Realtors are STARVING for business. Where I am in Ohio I have seen several “big hitters” in the industry either leave the Real Estate/Loan Origination industry or go get part-time jobs to supplement their dwindling incomes.
As a self-proclaimed “Recovering” Loan Officer, I can honestly tell you that Network Marketing is a great PLAN B for struggling Loan Officers and Realtors in the United States. If you are a Loan Officer or a Realtor that is experiencing an income loss you NEED to investigate the Network Marketing Industry.
The truth is that transition from the Real Estate/Loan Officer Industry into the Network Marketing Industry will be relatively easy for you! Here are some reasons why:
1. You already know what it takes to be self-employed. As a fully commissioned Loan Officer or Realtor you are only as good as your last deal! You could not be successful in the Real Estate/Loan Origination world if you were not a self-motivated and extremely driven person.
2. You already have a large rolodex of people who know and trust you! One of the biggest issues new network marketers think they face (which is actually not true) is that they think they don’t know anyone. If you have achieved any amount of success you have met a lot of people!
3. You already know how to prospect. Let’s face it. You have had to “beat the streets” to find that next deal, right?
So you could be a natural in the network marketing world!
Here is the great news! Once you get started in Network Marketing you will never want to sell another house or loan again!
1. You will experience the great thing called “Residual Income” that you did not have in the Loan Origination/ Real Estate World. Gone will be the days of being “only as good as your last deal!”
2. Network marketing has changed! There are new proven systems in place that the top 3% of network marketers use to make sure that they never run out of leads both offline and online! If you plug into a system that has a proven successful track record you increase your chances of being successful many times over!

These two BILLIONAIRES are considered gurus in the Real Estate Industry. Guess what? The both give the network marketing industry two thumbs up! So, like my friend Norbert says, unless you know something that they and their teams of lawyers don’t know then maybe you should follow their advice!
